The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. The apartment we had was beautiful very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel was superb. We definitely recommend this hotel first class stay xxxx

Staff very helpful, particularly the reception staff. Our daughter got ill and they arranged for us to take her to doctor in neighbouring resort Sa Coma. Eating in hotel at night was very cheap...only 12 euros each and our toddler ate for free. Food ok, quite basic, but suited us as easier than going to restaurant with poorly daughter.
The bathroom floor and shower was all tiled which made floor extremely slippy. Our toddler fell twice having wondered in to bathroom after shower had been in use. Door of bathroom is like a swing door so we couldn't just keep it closed unfortunately. Use of jelly shoes helped with this issue when showering our daughter.

Wonderful facilities, we loved the separate restaurant for families and adults only. Also the roof terrace was gorgeous and tranquil. The pool was big and the breakfast was fantastic!!
