Pros (+) Location in Cairns and the Price is about the only thing to like about the Bohemia "Resort." We didn't try the pool, but did see some kids enjoying themselves, so maybe that was a plus, too. It was cheap and we made the reservation very last minute, needing only one night in Cairns before moving on up to Port Douglas.
Cons (-) Meh. Spartan, to say the least. The beds were very uncomfortable and the A/C made a lot of noise, but barely cooled the room. The rooms were pretty worn and shabby. The breakfast lady was guarding the place like the queen's crown jewels were under the towel, but it was nothing more than 2 or 3 different kinds of packaged, sliced bread and a couple of jam packets.
