Warm clean and comfortable.
Mould around shower could do with a refresh
No chocolate or snacks vending machine
Easy to find and reasonably priced.
No real outside space, rather tatty parking area. Although reception was friendly she was not well informed when asked where we could eat which we found less than 200 yards away a McDonalds.
Comfortable bed, clean but dated.
The first room we were given had no bed linen/ duvet etc. There was a large stain on the mattress which could have been anything, and still drying out. We saw the manager, a slim woman in her thirties who didn’t believe us until we took her to the room. She was very sour faced, but did change our room. All other staff were fine. The breakfast was not worth money, little choice. Probably wouldn’t stay again. There are better hotels in price range- B&B hotels for instance.
Beds were comfortable, everything was really clean and clearly had been recently remodeled. The area was calm and quiet. Parking was free. The hotel was really easy to reach by car. We were honestly surprised, it was much better than we expected for the price.
No elevator, although there's only one floor above ground floor, so it's not a lot to climb, and there are ground floor rooms. Breakfast was expensive. Luckily, there was a bakery just next door!
