Cons (-) The big problem I had in using Kayak is the third party company sent me an email itinerary showing May 21-28 but apparently sent the hotel dates of March 21-28. I didn't have a room when I got to Cabo so had to book a room elsewhere. I was supposed to check in on Sunday and it took until Monday for the hotel to let me know I had a room. I paid for 7 nights but only got 6, and was not refunded any ...

Pros (+) We loved the location and the scenery . Many opportunities to participate in activities of all sorts or simply relax. We also enjoyed the opportunity to utilize the sister resort next door. We have to give a shout out to Guadalupe at the grill. He seemed to be one of the few that genuinely cared and exceeded any other at the resort!!! We really missed him on his day off !
Cons (-) At the moment we checked in we were politely told that our package was not all inclusive. The booking website was misleading and we had to haggle and bargain to upgrade our package to an all inclusive for a mere $870 more (their discounted rate) This hotel took no ownership for the mislead advertisement.
