Pros (+) Great service, resort was lovely and staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) We had multiple incidents of cold food. Very poor service at the French restaurant and bad fish at the seafood restaurant. It's disappointing when you are at a higher end all inclusive to have so many issues with the food.
