Pros (+) I have stayed in hibiscus every year love the location and rooms are very modern, used to be very clean
Cons (-) Unfortunately the new owner (Waves next-door) service is non existent. Having to request fresh towels during a 6 night stay. Had to request to mop out the floor after a flash flood storm had come into the room. The room was not serviced in 7days we had to chase the cleaners for toilet rolls such a shame as the previous owner was a lovely lady
