Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and beaches. The pool was also a highlight for several guests, who found it clean and enjoyable. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas. Service received mixed feedback; while some guests appreciated helpful staff, others experienced poor communication or unresponsiveness. Overall, the location and pool stood out as positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
