Pros: The property is magnificent, bordering the golf course and view of the mountains. The beautifully designed Bed and Breakfast home is welcoming and warm. Special decorating details are seen everywhere in the rooms and house. The hosts complete it though. The owners, Glen and Jane, are the perfect hosts, such wonderful people. They make you feel so welcome, and genuinely enjoy visiting with their guests. The breakfast is spectacularly good! They invite you for drinks as well. They also recommend dinner at restaurants according to your personal tastes. We loved everything about this B&B-the property, surroundings, and especially the hosts. Pros: The hotel seemed newly renovated or was just in impeccable condition. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Cons: The hotel met and exceeded my expectations
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The facility was excellent. I enjoyed the convention center location. After hours, there were many "break areas" to sit and read. The breakfast with hot food and fresh fruit was excellent. The house coffee was excellent, but the Orphan Girl specialty coffee tasted a little odd. There was Keurig available in common areas and guest room.
Cons: I liked everything.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean & comfortable room. The bathrooms are laid out better than most with the sink area separate from the shower/toilet. It's a better layout so the door doesn't open directly into the toilet. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of fruit, eggs, meats and other items. Hot water was just that - not heated in a coffee pot! Front desk staff was friendly. One of the best motels that we've stayed at.
Cons: There were some unusual noises during the night. One was the building's HVAC running which we could hear most of the time. There were some other noises that we couldn't figure out. Not terribly loud but noticable. Also a bit difficult to drag luggage to the 2nd floor without an elevator.
7,1 Good
Pros: Bed was very firm, but fine. Pillows were outstanding.

Cons: Nothing!! It was all great!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was so good. Lots of variety of fruits, hot foods and cereals.
Cons: We were so pleasantly surprised. Reasonable price with great service

Cons: Beds too soft, but otherwise we had a great stay.
5,0 Okay
Pros: It is close to the interstate if you are traveling and stopping for the night.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Tiny bit of hair in shower
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff was nice and it was a clean toom.

Pros: A beautiful stay, thank you very much. We travelled across your whole state to North Dakota on the 90? Magnificent wide open spaces. Your big town needs to be put on the map, perhaps a website updating all that is happening in your town. Is there a site up already? Your hotel is lovely, cannot change the size of the bathroom, but it was nice. Your hotel should be enjoyed by everyone in the world including my friends and family in New Zealand. I will spread the word.

Pros: Beautifully preserved historical building
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice older historic place.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The double room was a delight.
Cons: Hallway to parking lot was dirty.
5,4 Okay
Pros: No heat, the weather changed quickly and were unable to turn the heat on. Gave us another blanket and a space heater(didn’t work). They did reduce the price. It is an historic hotel, and that caused the problem with the heat, but the motor inn attached has a lot to be desired.
Cons: Lack of heat

Pros: Our motorcycle group has stayed here several times over the years. Great parking set up for the bikes and close proximity to bars and restaurants.
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent position. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Interesting architecture, both hotel and the surrounding area.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was historical and in walking distance to restaurants and bars and historical downtown. Rooms were simple but very clean.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Grand old hotel loaded with character. Awe actually stayed in the motel portion because the price was better. This facility both hotel and motel as very clean and stately
Cons: I would have liked a breakfast
7,5 Good
Pros: Welcome to copper mining town Butte, where the heyday of the early 20th century still lingers in its historic district. Time has stopped in the Finlen too. If that's a good or a bad thing, I leave that up to you. Sure, there's airconditioning and you can set it either "cooler" or "warmer". But it doesn't show temperature. In Finlen you enter a hotel that hasn't modernized. It is full of character.
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: No microwave or refrigerator.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great and staff is friendly and efficient. Hotel is very clean and it has a great history.
Cons: When there were guests in the neighboring room, I could hear them much better than I (or they) would prefer.

Cons: As we were on 1st floor at back parking, side entrance, smoking customers stood outside our room window chatting loudly after 10 pm at night and again around 5:00 am. Not a very restful night for my spouse and I. This issue was discussed with the front desk employee prior to our exit. The hot water was almost non-existent, lukewarm mostly. Very much noise above us from guests on 2nd. TV music loud and sounded like a marching band was coming down the.hallway. Also noise of their footsteps heard loudly at 4 to 5 am going to washroom. Definitely not to sound proof.

Cons: Not near to any restaurants to have dinner. Also there was really nothing to eat at the breakfast, just granola bar or an apple. Which was fine but just wanted to let other travelers know. Also no fridge, a bit disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It wasn’t a chain property - clean, comfortable, great value, friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect! I was a solo traveller and felt quite safe. The property gave me the feeling of being in accommodation from the old west - was great.
Cons: Loved it all!
7,9 Good
Pros: The facility is located right next to a travel center...directly off the interstate.
Cons: Bathroom too small...hallways smelled smoky even in non-smoking areas.

Pros: The best part is when we left.
Cons: Better question is, was there anything I liked?
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Cool old motel with clean renovated room. Good location for my one night stay.
Cons: Exterior still is old and in great need of repair and renovation. No restaurants anywhere nearby. Had to ask for a coffee maker for my room and my request for more than one coffee packet was denied.
7,9 Good
Pros: Room was plain but sufficiently comfortable for everyone. The staff was very nice and check-in was easy. Great stay for the cost.
Cons: The bathroom was really small.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Easy quick check in.
Cons: Toilets were clogged and cause immediate overflow. Stains on the carpets (beyond normal). No morning coffee in the office as nobody was there at the time they said they would. Hot musky room that needed serious updating. Hard bed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is ideal. My sweetheart and I begin each morning with a brisk walk "up the hill" to one festival or another. Then it's off to (whatever festival location) we came for. Dining possibilities are plentiful in Butte. Using Google Maps, we choose the restaurant then either walk or drive to it with absolutely no difficulty, thanks to Eddy's central location. Our room is always CLEAN, the bed is comfortable, there are no loud parties or vehicles anywhere on the premises. The personnel are helpful, patient, cheerful. When we know we'll be in Butte for any occasion, we book a room at Eddy's Motel well in advance.
Cons: Two things: #1. I wish the bathroom had a towel rack for the hand towel. #2: This is really a disappointment, not a dislike. Eddy's used to offer doughnuts and muffins with coffee in the morning. Because of complaints from "those who complain about everything", the extra goodies (at NO extra cost) have been removed. Now it's just coffee. I wish Eddy's would turn a deaf ear to complainers and know there are those of us who enjoyed the unexpected treat. Hats off to you, Eddy's!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Park outside your door. Picnic tables right outside we’re a nice touch. Small but comfy room.
Cons: Area seemed a little sketchy but was fine. Office hours were brief but you could call to get help.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The location was easily accessible and easy to find. The room was updated and cute.
Cons: The traffic noise was a bit loud but nothing the owners can do about that.
4,2 Okay
Pros: online registration. We were on the road, it was late and decided to spend the night in Butte MT. Once there (5 PM) had to use my cell phone to call the clerk to check us in. He was friendly.
Cons: It's an Old warn out building that should be torn down. Had ants and millers in the room. A car was running outside of the room and it's exhaust fumes was coming thru the makeshift air conditioner. No curtains. Had broken blinds. Concrete is busted up leading to the room. OH MY
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel really wad the gem of our road trip! I loved how comfortable the room was and how welcoming the staff was. Hotels like these are hard to come by. I would totally stay again.
Cons: Everything was great!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The motel is a little old and tired however the room was clean and comfortable for a good price, a good stop over point in our journey.
7,1 Good
Pros: Place is a pretty good value. You do get what you pay for. It's an older place. Clean and reasonably comfortable.
Cons: The shower. The shower head hardly puts out any water. If they want to save water they should put in low flow toilets. I have a water saver showered and it works 100% better than the one their shower. Screens. I would not run the AC if they put screens on the windows so I could open them.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and accommodating. Sam allowed us to check in late when we called ahead about delays in our trip and Misty was an absolute sweetheart at check out the next morning. Thanks for the comfy spot to stretch out and good luck with your remodeling!
Cons: They're in the middle of renovation so any complaints would be silly. Staff was great.

7,1 Good
Cons: Was a smoking room at one point and the smell is NEVER gone
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Convenient. Right off the highway. Reasonable rates
Cons: Dirty. Had to switch rooms right away, ours hadn’t been cleaned properly. Breakfast was cold. Lots of things were “out of order”
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A predictable chain hotel stay. We found the location close to the highway but not noisy. Bathroom was nice and bedding was updated. We had a first floor room and there was convenient parking near the entrance of the wing that we were in. No noise from neighbor rooms or closing hallway doors which is always a bonus.
Cons: Nothing to speak of that we didn't like.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: Reserved a ground floor room or an elevator with 2 queen beds. Both of us have issues with knees and climbing stairs is not possible. When we arrived we were told we had been given a king suite with a pull out couch and a roll away. The room was clean but, it wasn't what was ordered. Not impressed.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and neat, both inside and outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite a nice place to stay and just off the highway.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was a great price and a great location for someone traveling cross country
Cons: Room cleanliness was lacking, but the front desk was very helpful
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: No wifi room was wrong not friendly and room was very dirty
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room was perfect- spacious and clean. Handicap shower was very Easy to get in and out of.
Cons: Staff was okay- but when housekeeping opened our door our cat disappeared (he was hiding but we didn’t know that). They said they would help look but no one did. My partner walked the halls while I, though handicapped, crawled around the floor of our room. After we found him Staff told us cats get into that spot all the time. If the KNEW that possibility existed they should have come to our room and looked for us.
4,0 Okay

1,0 Poor
Pros: We did not like anything about this particular hotel. In fact, we dubbed it the Buttehole because it was so disgusting.
Cons: The smoke detector was ripped out & wires were handing out of the ceiling above the bed. The carpet wreaked of animal urine & feces. The curtains had moth holes worn through all over them. There was no lightning whatsoever for the sitting/dining area

1,0 Poor
Cons: The front door needs to be fixed, had issues with closing, no hot water for a shower, huge puddle in front of door, couldn't connect to the WiFi which made for a horrible next day of traveling because we couldn't download movies!
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: It was dirty. Windows were filthy. Door was not very secure. PIZZA delivery place would not deliver because driver had been robbed there. A lot of foot traffic t on upstairs rooms at all hours. It was pretty sketchy.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very affordable. Staff was super friendly, in typical Butte fashion.
Cons: Wifi was not working in my room, but I think that was a problem with Charter and not the Hotel. The bedspread was stained and I could hear my neighbor coughing.
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was open.. The staff were very nice.. in the morning on check out I asked to speak to the manager... she was very apologetic and gave me a discount for my stay... (I’m still waiting for that to come back to my account) Again the staff were pleasant.. but even the discount doesn’t fix the experience..
Cons: On checking in my room smelled of cigarettes..... room appeared clean until I looked in the bathroom... the corners were mouldy ..... The laundry was disgusting.... neither machine worked. The cable tv kept dropping out..internet service was also inconsistent.... Only soap in the room and it was broken. No shampoo etc. No change for the laundry..... Room next door had tv on all night long, that was very loud... all in all, not a good nights rest
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff are the best part of this Motel 6. Very kind and helpful.
Cons: The motel itself is very run down. There was a half inch opening below my door that I had to stuff with towels to keep flies from coming in. The door itself not at all secure making me feel unsafe. Other guests a little too friendly for my comfort if you know what I mean. Lots of loitering in the parking lot at night with drunk and partying people.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Motel is in the historic district. May need GPS for easiest find, but still not difficult to find, just go downtown and look for Wyoming street. Motel staff was helpful and friendly. There was a disturbance in the night, two men fighting, but the staff broke that up. It is older, but in many ways updated. I like the "wooden" floors instead of carpet. everything looked fresh and clean. Bed is new and comfortable. Price is perfect. Have been less pleased in far more expensive places. Lot of tourists staying there. Close all downtown sites. Short drive to the College and mining exhibits there. No luxury, but no need to pay for that pretty stuff anyway. Bathroom updated.
Cons: WiFi was hard to use in the evening. Just fine in the morning. Thus, very small bandwidth. Charge a bit more and power up. Was not a big issue to me, I was on vacation!
7,1 Good
Pros: - really good price to value - comfortable room
Cons: - wifi doesn’t work - place is kind of creepy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, cleanliness and location in the beautiful historic district.
1,0 Poor
Cons: Many. There was atleast 5 homeless people walking around. There was plenty of abandoned homes surrounding it and it is pretty isolated from the strip. We still ended up not staying as I know our kids and my husband and I wont feel safe. Horrible
4,6 Okay
Cons: Upon checking into the room the toilet tank would leak upon flushing, only until the tank filled but the leak was quite noticeable. I stayed three nights; my bed was not made up after the first night although it was on the second. House cleaning never emptied the trash cans in the room.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Difficult to find

Cons: dirty and alot of bugs. Had to move motels
