Staff is friendly. Excellent location of the guest house. The place is very well decorated and is quite cozy. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant in front of this guest house, where they sell the best fried chicken that I tried in Korea, very very delicious and cheap!!!
Breakfast is too simple: bread and coffee. You should not sell this as "breakfast included" in the reservation. I stayed two days with my wife in this place and there were no eggs on any of these days.
Convenient location to transport
The room floor is dirty and many dark spots on the floor. No one at the reception and the manager comes after 10pm. There is no one inquire, complain or any help. The breakfast is very poor, loaf of bread, low quality jam (one type only) and "nestcafe sticks". No milk, juice egg or any other spread for bread. No full size towel, just small table mates instead.
everything was good!
at night a little bit noisy outside, bcz it is party area
Great beds, good location. Came early but was no problem
Location was quite good, right in the Seomyeon district where a lot of university age folks party, so there are plenty of bars/restaurants/clubs as soon as you walk out the door and it is close to bus and metro stops. If you are good with hostel type accommodations, you will be good with this place. Room itself was small, just enough space for the beds and a small fridge/nightstand shared between the beds. Bathroom had a shower, but it was a small bathroom (about 1m x 2m) and shower was not separate, so when you showered, everything in the bathroom was going to get wet (toilet, anything on the sink, towels). On demand hot water meant no long showers. Good WiFi coverage on all floors and rooms. Place is up 3 flights of stairs, and there is no elevator, so if you have problems with stairs or alot of heavy luggage, this could be an issue for you. Overall you get what you pay for, and for a budget guesthouse, it does the job.
Doors were pretty thin, so you can hear everyone chatting/eating/doing anything in the hall if you didn't have ear plugs or sleep light. No elevator means carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs, pack light; people with physical health issues may have problems with the stairs.
