Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, presence of bugs, and musty smells. Several reviews also mentioned poor customer service and safety concerns, including noise and disruptive guests. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location near highways and shopping areas, and a few found their rooms to be clean and comfortable after being moved or upgraded. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but location was a consistent plus.

There was visible dust on surfaces, that was clearly built up from tens of hotel guests. When your staff clean a room, they should *really* be cleaning a room, not just 3 or 4 surfaces in it; if that's how it's gonna be, the price of this room should have been 25 dollars cheaper!
