Pros (+) Location is superb at almost the core of San Telmo, with avenues and attractions just around the corner. Staff is friendly and ready to assist. The building is comfortable, looks modern and clean. The room we used was small but comfortable, the bed outstanding. Good toiletries. Easy to use lockbox. Breakfast was simple but good and tasty.
Cons (-) Bathroom was small, with bidet too close to the wall rendering it almost unusable. Some details were not attended, like loose screws, loose tiles or small paint problems.
Pros (+) Decent facility, good location and value when booking online. Nothing extraordinary.
Cons (-) The host quoted us for a tango show at one price and we said yes, please reserve us tickets. They called back ten minutes later to say the seats had been reserved and the cost was now 4 times the original- each. When we said we didn't want to go anymore because of the price, the host seemed angry and upset. Every time after that the host was frosty.
