Bet Hotel

The hotel was very well located, just a 2mins walking to metro station, yet it's at a quiet area. Some staff were very nice, allowed us to leave our backpacks there after checked out.

Where do I start? Failure on providing promised facility + Give guest wrong room + Dirty filthy room + Attempt to overcharge guest. The hotel needs some serious proper hotel management. First I booked this place for its parking, when we arrived the staff told us our car is too big to fit in (we have a small city car), and we have to pay for it. We were also advised stones and cracks were often thrown to the parking. Upon checkin, we payed with credit card, finding we were overcharged. First the staff said the number looked different due to different exchange rate. ??? Hello, that was 12 dollars difference, what on earth rate do you use? We then were told it was the city tax, after arguing they returned us the overcharged part. We then appointed to a different room than we booked. After changing room, our new room smelled like alcohol, and HAIR, hair on our bed under the blanket(errrr!!). We just dozed off with our jackets on, as we were so tired after 10 hrs driving.
