Decent price, good location, friendly staff, but the hot water will stop working somewhat frequently from what I can tell. Have to wait a few hours into the night to shower. Also, a sour and bitter smell.

Cons (-) The rooms feel dirty. They haven’t been updated in 20 + years I’m guessing. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. Overall, it just felt dirty.
