Pros: Indoor pool and saunas are great. Personell is very friendly. The hotel gave us a cake and a bottle of champagne as it was my birthday during the stay. Everything is clean. Ice view from the balcony.

Cons: Prices at the hotel restaurant are rather high. Outdoor pools didn't work in March.

Cons: gym is very poor, cleaning could be better, smoking area is everywhere (i do not smoke, so I am not happy to seat just near smoking people at the restaurant having breakfast), hotel is oriented to business aims (conferences, meetings and so on) and we did not feel us comfortable (because choosing hotel before leaving Russia we wished to make one more honeymoon; we did not satisfied)

Cons: On returning home, I had received an e-mail since my departure saying that my booking had been cancelled. Had this indeed been the case, I would have been stranded in a strange country with no accommodation. The hotel must have over-booked as 8 of 10 friends who had also pre-booked this hotel were transferred elsewhere.

Pros: The first thing I liked is the hotel location, situated in a less busy street, at the same time near the hotel is another street, with lots of cafes, small shops and a bigger super market is also nearby. The hotel building itself is very well maintained. Reception at the hotel is so sweet and friendly, making me feel as a valued guest all the time. Breakfast area was a bit tight when all the guests wanted to enjoy breakfast at the same time, thus there were also tables outside available. Breakfast offer selection is rich, there were even homemade sweets every day. Rooms are big enough, with balcony and all the necessary, incl. a safe, bathrobes, slippers, even a scale.

Cons: The size of the bedroom is as big as the bed itself ! The biggest problem was that they dont accept credit card, just before our checking out he/manager told us that we should find cash, he said they dont have pos machine !.. He told us he doesnt want to pay commission to booking.com !...
