I did not get a car, My credit card could not give them a deposit of $ 12,500. If I had not known in advance I might have been able to do something about it. I have never encountered such a thing and this is the first time I've rented a car. Right now I'm stuck without a car. Please help me. First you hurt me on vacation, without a car the vacation looks different. Of all the times I rented a car, they never asked me for a deposit like this. I ask you to cancel and return the payment, you took from me. On avis and insurance. You can check with avis that we did not take the vehicle because of this deposit. Never, have they asked me for such a high amount (12 thousand USD) I purchased $ 60 for your site. Since I did not take any car then the insurance is not valid and therefore I ask you to cancel it. Second, you made me a very big problem, I could not travel with a vehicle with this high deposit amount. I will also contact AVIS Worldwide for an answer regarding this amount. It ruined our trip. Pros:
Staff at Avis pickup, Budva were friendly and some spoke very good English. Paperwork was completed efficiently and car (Dacia Sandeep) was new and in great condition. We even returned the car 10 minutes late and no eyebrows were raised.Cons:
I opted not to purchase additional cover because the price was too high. However, the staff were fine with this and didn't push me into paying for more cover.Hertz
