I cannot believe this was BudgetPros:Agent did not have the reservation. Was finally able to find me a car. When I objected that it had no air conditioning, agent decided to give me a "good" car. It had A/C which worked. Car was extremely dirty, full of digs and dents, no hub caps, and tank was almost empty. I was repeatedly told that the parking fee was paid and that I did not have to pay anything on the way out, guess what. The parking fee was not paid with lots of angry drivers behind trying to get out. Poor car, extremely poor service. I cannot believe this was Budget!Cons:Agent did not have the reservation. A weird experiencePros:Once we found the agent, she was nice, but it took a while to find her - Budget just doesn't have a counter at the airport!Cons:Other than having to talk my way in a strange airport in order to find the Budget rep (no counter) in a café, the car was... a bit beat... the manual gear was particularly hard and couldn't get in first in crazy traffic.Reviewed May 30 2017
