I lived the ease of scheduling with Kayak. I hated dealing with the desk at Schipol. They were rude, dismissive, and intrusive. They didn't accept either of my Visa or Mastercard (Revolut, Wise, Discover). And they asked to see my wallet to see if any of my other cards could be used. They were argumentative and dismissed me without being solution oriented or empathetic. I was told that I should have read the fine print which was buried deep and difficult to pull up.Reviewed Jul 15 2026

I would like to see larger cars with more room for luggage. That’s the only concern. But, one of your professional employees made a pertinent point with respect to the small roads in Europe in general and also about the potential taxes on the vehicles that are imposed by various governments in the EU. All in all, I had no issues with the car.Reviewed Jun 1 2024
