They force you to buy insurance even though you’re covered by your credit card ( if applicable) The car was okay but had a lot of scratches and dings around it ( specially the front bumper )and when I returned the car the guy try to blame me for a damage in the lower right side in the bumper even though it was already marked when I received the car in the beginning, also the key fob didn’t work so I have to manually lock and unlock the doors of the carReviewed Nov 15 2023

I booked the van 3 months before my vacation. They told me that the van was not available and that there was nothing they could do. I did my check in a day before to confirm. Cons:When I get to the airport (already have had a pick up truck reserved since 4 months before) they tell me they dont have any pick ups or bigger sized vehicles at all. Had to get a taxi home and look for another vehicle in my city the next day. DO NO MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE IT IS NOT GUARANTEED!!!!Reviewed Jan 3 2020

Unsafe VehicleCons:The vehicle had a very dark tint on all windows. Made it unsafe to drive at night. Also, the tires in the vehicle showed a lot of wear on the edges...those tires needed to be replaced long time ago. We had to buy a mandatory insurance policy that was almost 50% of the daily rental fee. They placed a $1,200.00 USD hold on my card for incidentals. Seriously? I did not intend to buy the vehicle...just rent it.Reviewed Dec 16 2016
