bad businessPros:efficient, pleasant rental in Roseville, very nice minivanCons:efficient return at LAX however when I returned to my hotel I noticed that I was charged $105 more than my original agreement. When I called Budget (Customer Service is not available 24/7) I was told the difference was because I returned the car one hour early!!! But, they would go ahead and "honor" the original agreement. Cons:Hours were different than advertised. Arrived a few minutes before closing and the clerk refused to rent the car I had reserved.Reviewed Jul 6 2016

Pros:The pick up was quick from Roseville Sacramento. We were most impressed with the drop off in San Francisco. We were catching a flight and the traffic made me a bit nervous thinking we were going to be late. But the quick drop off put my mind at ease. Thank you for being so organize.Reviewed Jul 21 2016
