Dirtiest rental car I have ever usedPros:Bad experience overallCons:The car was much smaller than we booked for, we couldn't fit all of our luggage. There was no larger car available. The car was FILTHY. Dried up milk in the back, food all over the floor, dust and dirt all over the back seat, car seat left inside, splattered drinks in the center console.. it was disgusting.Reviewed Mar 16 2017

Ford EscapePros:I liked the car that I did receive though upon arrival they tried to give me something that WOULD NOT accommodate. But they gave me a Ford Escape which fulfilled all my expectations for my trip and it was a car that handled my needs along my journey. If I could I would buy this vehicle in the future.Cons:When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, the clerk behind the desk was rude ( an Indian lady) . The attendant that was suppose to show the car to me, showed me something I did not reserve and did not like and he was very sloppy in his appearance. Once we changed vehicle's I asked the attendant to show me the spare tire just in case I got a flat on my trip...he did not know where the spare tire was. I asked the attended to show me how the devices inside the car, he barley new what was talking about. Then he left me with the car and went to some other customers though I was not finished asking questions. He needs training When I arrived from my trip the current agent behind the desk was still very rude and still carried and attitude. She needs more training.Reviewed Sep 5 2016
