Pros:Car was clean and at least they had one for me. The gentleman behind the counter was nice.Cons:I picked up my car at the Medford airport. There's no signage indicating you have to go inside to pick up the rental, I just happened to walk inside after driving around the rental vehicle lot. I had booked an economy car (small size) and instead got stuck with a big gas guzzler on a 6-hour drive home. So while the initial rental was cheap, with the cost of gas it ended up being more than if I had just rented somewhere else. I was one person traveling by myself; I didn't want or need a massive SUV instead of a standard sedan and I'm not sure why an airport has so much trouble getting a variety of vehicles.Reviewed Sep 27 2020

Thinking of buying onePros:Very peppy engine. Loved the accessories, dual air control, sound system, seats safety features. Very roomy, especially back compartment, more than enough room for four passengers with luggage.Cons:There wasn't anything I disliked. However, I received a "change oil very soon" warning 1/2 way through my trip. It didn't concern me, just made me wonder if somebody missed a maintenance schedule.Reviewed Aug 21 2018

Cons:Billed me wrong. Upgraded to the nosiest SUV (Jeep Compass sounded like a helicopter). I had to call Budget customer service to correct billing error (counter rep "had no authority"). Other than that it was poor.Reviewed Aug 8 2018

I know it was a cheap rental... But...!Cons:Was told it was the only car left... once I saw I called in to ask to change to something bigger or smaller... luckily I think I talked to a manager off duty... Scratches all over the car(glad I called), wasn’t cleaned... dirt all over in the inside... no floor mats and a huge hole in the driver side floor carpet... really?!!
