The car insurance company was rated the lowest of all insurance companies so I canceled. The insurance co charged my CC prior to the rental then refused to refund. I cancelled my rental with Budget they did give me a refund but what a haste. NEVER again!Reviewed Oct 3 2022

Convenient checkout, excellent valuePros:Very quick checkout of car, no hard sales pitch.Cons:I had to make a trip back to the car to get mileage and gas reading. The counter person was unable to leave the desk to do it herself. No big deal, I just didn't realize that they'd trust me to fill out the return form.Reviewed Apr 18 2017

Pros:Pick up/drop off went very wellCons:Car wasn't cleaned - I didn't care about the outside of the car, the roads were a mess because of the snow, so that didn't matter. But, the inside had clearly not been touched (crumbs, and some wrappers). Not horrible or gross, but obviously needed someone to have looked inside!Reviewed Jan 24 2017

Slow counter help; no gas; dirty car.Pros:PriceCons:1. I waited approximately one hour at the rental counter before I was able to pick up my car keys. There are only 2 people ahead of me. The agent was just slow. 2. Once I got in the car and turned it on, it was immediately noticed that there was less than a quarter tank of gas in the car. 3. The car had not been cleaned on the inside or outside. There was trash from a Subway sandwich on the center console. The previous renters resume was on the floor beside me. The driver side rear wheel had been scratched and was dented.Reviewed Oct 27 2015
