Convenient checkout, excellent value
Pros: Very quick checkout of car, no hard sales pitch.
Cons: I had to make a trip back to the car to get mileage and gas reading. The counter person was unable to leave the desk to do it herself. No big deal, I just didn't realize that they'd trust me to fill out the return form.

Slow counter help; no gas; dirty car.
Pros: Price
Cons: 1. I waited approximately one hour at the rental counter before I was able to pick up my car keys. There are only 2 people ahead of me. The agent was just slow. 2. Once I got in the car and turned it on, it was immediately noticed that there was less than a quarter tank of gas in the car. 3. The car had not been cleaned on the inside or outside. There was trash from a Subway sandwich on the center console. The previous renters resume was on the floor beside me. The driver side rear wheel had been scratched and was dented.
