I was able to pick up the car fairly easily, smooth process took less than 5 minutes to both pick up the car and return it. Was able to get a fairly new vehicle that ran very smoothly, was cleaned beforehand. Drama free. Front desk staff was very friendly.Reviewed Sep 24 2023

Watch Out for Online RentalsPros:Fairly good websiteCons:The website rental confirmation did not correspond to actual car availability. The rental confirmation did not actually exist. Had I not called the local rental office, I would not have found out there there were no cars to rent - and I would have been totally out of luck and stranded.Reviewed Nov 14 2017

Don’t go here!Pros:NothingCons:Waited almost an hour to pick up my car. The employee was very slow and not customer service friendly. Did not give the car I ordered. Changed the insurance I had already bought for $18 on kayak. And made me get whatever he was selling. Double the price. He acted like he gets paid on commission. Reserved the car for about $50 on Kayak and he tried to charge me over $200. Still paid more than what my reservation said. will never use them again. Drop was at 8am and no one was there. Had to wait for the same employee to open the store. Late.Reviewed Nov 12 2017
