Cons:Car had NO A/C - In Belize - when it's 110 Deg F. Remote Sensor system left me stranded for 10 min for some reason. Had to add 3 cans of refrigerant to A/C.Reviewed Apr 24 2021

Pros:Great staff very courteous and friendly.Cons:The car was less comfortable than expected, the radio reception picked up nothing after we left the airport area and we rented other cars in the past that did work. All in all it was still a pleasant trip.Reviewed Jan 7 2020

Pros:There was no car reserved as expected although they did find us a car, albeit with 167,000 miles and a back door which did not open. We had no problems with the car for the most part but then dropping off, the office was closed.Reviewed Jan 4 2020

Pros:Fast check in and out. Would not recommend this companyCons:Rough looking car, mismatched paint, poor tires ended up with a flat and the jack was broken so couldn’t even change the tire. Pros:Pick up and drop off were easy.Cons:I booked online initially using a Visa and was told that the payment will be processed by the local Budget at time of pick up using the same card. At pick up, the agent told us that we'll have to buy additional insurance if we use the Visa. Could have been more upfront at time of booking.Reviewed Apr 24 2019

Cons:This location requires you to purchase the additional insurance if you are paying with a Visa card. Our Visa credit card covers our rental car in case of damage so I refused to rent from this location. We rented from Crystal Auto rental instead.Reviewed Apr 9 2019
