The Budget person (Catherine) who attended to us was excellent, super nice, super helpful, super responsive, but the car (license # C-62737) was a true lemon 👎. Nothing to do with Catherine but believe or not, it was missing 3 (yes three!) quarts of engine oil from the start + dashboard emergency light never came on for that… We’d have never known and probably blown the engine if we hadn’t checked the level an hour after picking up the car. Also engine was very weak and loud (forget chatting on the road and very slow on hills); electric windows were on & off haphazardly, etc etc. In one sentence: BEWARE! this car should never have been rented out.Reviewed Jan 6 2025
