Pros: Great staff very courteous and friendly.
Cons: The car was less comfortable than expected, the radio reception picked up nothing after we left the airport area and we rented other cars in the past that did work. All in all it was still a pleasant trip.

Pros: There was no car reserved as expected although they did find us a car, albeit with 167,000 miles and a back door which did not open. We had no problems with the car for the most part but then dropping off, the office was closed.

Pros: Staff in Placencia was helpful.
Cons: Car was unsafe to drive and even had to be removed from road after we encountered problems part way to our destination.

Pros: Fast check in and out. Would not recommend this company
Cons: Rough looking car, mismatched paint, poor tires ended up with a flat and the jack was broken so couldn’t even change the tire. Ended up not being able to do a lot of the traveling we wanted to do because we were afraid of getting another flat. Motor ran rough and sounded like it would die any moment

Pros: Pick up and drop off were easy.
Cons: I booked online initially using a Visa and was told that the payment will be processed by the local Budget at time of pick up using the same card. At pick up, the agent told us that we'll have to buy additional insurance if we use the Visa. Could have been more upfront at time of booking.

Cons: This location requires you to purchase the additional insurance if you are paying with a Visa card. Our Visa credit card covers our rental car in case of damage so I refused to rent from this location. We rented from Crystal Auto rental instead.

Cons: The budget office told me i had to pay an additional 22$ a day in insurance because I wanted to use a visa credit card. This was not in the original quote. I cancelled the reservation and had to find another car rental on the spot.
