Terrible smelly car
Pros: Nothing. Line was extremely long and took one hour to get car.
Cons: When we finally got a car it was not even close to what we reserved. We reserved a Premium car but we were told all they had was a Impala. It smelled like smoke and was dirty. They stated it was the only car they had other than a mustang or a mini van. Terrible experience!!

Comfortable, honest and clean; slightly pricey
Pros: The clean car itself. It looked and smelled new despite having higher miles than most rentals I've seen. It was also very comfortable.
Cons: The price. As noted above. Perhaps the fare for one-way hit me but for only one day I think it was slightly high.

Pros: Drop off was a breeze - fast and easy.
Cons: The attendant hopped into the car with me (my husband had gotten out of the driver's seat, I was still in the car putting things into my purse and unbuckling the kids from their carseats) while we were still trying to clean out the car and gather our belongings. Felt like he was rushing us and should have given us time to clear out of the vehicle before getting inside of it with us, which was just super awkward. Never had that happen before at drop off.

MSY Budget Rental Car Prices Too Expensive
Pros: I appreciate the fact that I had a car.
Cons: The price for the cars were way too expensive for holiday travelers. I paid $116 for just one day. The customer service representatives were very rude and unprofessional. The car I was given smelled horrible and had dog hair on the seats. Because of the lack of cars, I couldn't exchange it for another one.
