Cons:Arrived at the rental counter to be informed that I would have to wait 60-90 minutes for a car to be brought from the dispatch center as they did not store cars on site, and the car wouldn't get there before counter closed at 5pm, so I'd need to come back the following day. Cons:They didn’t have the car I reserved. They token me to take what they had or nothing. I could not use maybe debit card without “proof of residency.” They were severely understaffed.Reviewed Mar 18 2019

Not what I expectedCons:The location I booked for the pickup didn’t have a premium car. I spoke to the location the day before pickup and everything way as planned. The day of pickup, I get a phone call explaining they don’t have a premium car, but I can drive an extra 5 miles to get one. That’s fine. Only they didn’t tell me it would be more because of all the airport fees. Seems to me they had a few weeks to move a car from the airport to the location I rented from and all of this could’ve been avoided.Reviewed Mar 26 2018

Not ExactlyPros:Using Kayak to find a rental car was wonderful. I got an opportunity to compare prices and chose what was Best got my trip. After checking out with the budget car rental, which also a very good experience. I requested a minivan so that I would be able to store my father’s wheel chair. The vehicle that I was given had no truck space. I could not use it and had to cancel the reservation.Cons:I enjoyed being able to compare cost and purchase what was best for me and my family.Reviewed Nov 1 2017
