Our vehicle was fine, however I prepaid online and was not shown any paperwork or screens at check in. Upon checkout in the parking lot, I get a bill texted to me with an extra $200 in charges I never agreed to. I will never rent with Budget again.Reviewed Apr 27 2026

Pick up was inconvenient; staff was all over the place and couldn’t locate my original reservation. Tried to charge me almost twice the original agreed upon price. Also should have mentioned a $200 security deposit being added to the total balance from the beginning. Biggest annoying factor was that I had to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for prior damage done to the vehicle I picked up. Driver side mirror completely gone. Definitely sketch when going to drop off my car and they ask if I did the damage myself. Seems like there should be better communication on the company’s part when giving out damaged rides. In my opinion not worth the price or the hassle.Reviewed Jan 26 2024

My Budget Camry rental was upgraded to a new Chrysler Pacifica, and the van was a comfortable hybrid with a smooth ride, easy-to-use controls, and excellent mileage.
