Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, which is ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and accessing public transport. However, many reviewers express disappointment with the breakfast, citing limited variety, small dining areas, and issues with quality and service. Service at the hotel receives mixed feedback, with several guests mentioning inattentive or unhelpful staff, especially regarding housekeeping and check-in. Room size and cleanliness are generally considered adequate, though not exceptional. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but improvements in breakfast and service are needed.
