The location is excellent. The problems are: lack of training of staff x cost. You might think that this is a Kempinski Hotel and you are safe, but unfortunately you are very wrong. SPA is mediocre in a city famous for its baths. Check-in was a joke. It was hard to believe I was at a Kempinski -- and I have been staying at Kempinski all year (e.g., Munich several times, Berlin, etc.).

Pros (+) Convenient to walk around, pretty near shopping district, lovely rooms, comfortable bed and generally well-equipped all around. The Es Bistro was also a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Pros (+) Location is very good, restaurants in the hotel are expensive but great (it has NOBU and others), the rooms are good, we got an upgrade and the room was great.
Cons (-) Nothing, everything was above average, the staff is above average, the normal room is small, we got an upgrade and the other room was above average.
