Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests frequently complain about poor cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and neglected common areas. The hotel's location is generally appreciated for its convenience and accessibility, and some guests mention friendly and helpful staff. However, the overall condition of the hotel is described as old and in need of renovation, and issues with air conditioning, noise, and value for price are also noted. Positive mentions of value and basic amenities exist, but are outweighed by negative feedback on cleanliness.
