Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff, noting that rooms were kept clean and the service was attentive and accommodating. Many found the breakfast to be satisfying and varied, with some highlighting its quality. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and noise issues, such as thin walls, loud air conditioning, and disruptive guests in the corridors. Some guests also mentioned maintenance issues, outdated rooms, and minor inconveniences with amenities, but overall, the positives centered on cleanliness, service, and breakfast.

Cons (-) They are renovating the breakfast area and the temporary breakfast set up is claustrophobic and meager. Renovations should be done by December. If breakfast is part of the appeal, don't book there until the renovation is done. Otherwise the hotel is fine and the staff lovely. I would go back after the renovation is done
