Our sheets were dirty and stained up when we got there unfortunately.
Smelled from drugs... and there was no coffee room as stated on the itinerary
Carpet was dirty, bedding had not been washed & saw 2 roaches in our bathroom
The hotel allowed a party to continue on the balcony, with music blaring, until well after midnight.
The suite was a small 1 bedroom apartment, the bath had jets, and the patio was faced towards a beautiful view that was even better at night with the colorful bridge. The breakfast was fresh, the best one i've ever tasted in a hotel and the train wasnt tC
I didn't like that there wasnt any deli's on the corner being I have kids, but it was a 5 minute walk away. I also didn't like the pull out sofa, the chair is more comfortable then the sofabed, and the water went only warm when I wouldve preferred hot.
The lobby concierge was really nice the night I arrived.
There was no heat or hot water functioning in the room. I was not the only person with these complaints either.
Clean. Good breakfast.
Walls were thin and noisy
The staff is so personable, always ready to assist in anyway they can, and rooms are large and comfortable. Awesome shower, too!
The location is tricky. Prepare to walk quite a bit to get to things or uber/taxi.
Parking was easy and check in a breeze.
The layout of the room and the proximity to activities.
Water pressure was a bit weak.
Good value. Good sized room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Restaurants not close by.
