Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the convenient location close to the city center and public transport. Several guests found the staff friendly and helpful, and some mentioned comfortable beds. However, there were significant complaints about the check-in process, with some guests unable to access the hotel or contact staff upon arrival. The breakfast received criticism for limited variety and quality, and some guests noted issues with room comfort, such as old mattresses and small bathrooms. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its price, but improvements are needed in service and breakfast quality.
