Fabulous hotel, fantastic staff. Very comfortable room. I would definitely stay in this chain of hotels again and highly recommend it to friends and family. The only slight downfall was it was slightly out of town, about 20 minutes walk, but this would not deter my recommendations
Would find it difficult to comment on anything I didn’t like
Fantastic staff...especially Georgia in the bar who helped me out in my time of need just before my interview! Fabulously comfortable bed
The room was very clean and comfortable. The en-suite was particularly impressive. The staff were knowledgeable ,helpful and friendly.
I don’t appreciate being charged to park the car. Thought the restaurant food average. Although appreciated being able to get an early Sunday breakfast, thought £13/ head for continental breakfast and lukewarm coffee far too much money.
Really clean, staff were great, great location and the price was cheap
Nothing, would go back tomorrow
Breakfast was excellent, as was the room, shower and bar. The staff were very friendly, helpful and available. Excellence through the 2 days for 10 people.
Lift gets busy in the morning and the only small criticism would be the parking is 200m away, but have to drive round the one way system. Cant be helped.
