Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, shopping, and dining. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. Some guests found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, several reviews mentioned that the hotel and its rooms are dated and in need of renovation, with issues such as cleanliness inconsistencies and maintenance problems. Parking was a common concern, with complaints about availability and high costs. Overall, while the location and service stood out as positives, improvements are needed in room upkeep and parking arrangements.
