Great 2 night stay with my wife at this well known hotel to attend the Goodwood Revival and celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The room was a good size and bed comfortable, well decorated and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful with a huge choice. We parked our 1970's Triumph in the Grand garage. Would love to come back - we lived in Brighton when they blew the place up.
Top of bathroom mirror needed a bit of a clean
Breakfast had a varied selection and was very good. Location for the Brighton Centre.
Booked a double room. Got two single beds pushed together of different heights, making uneven sleeping. Bathroom needed some TLC. Very dated. Shower was too fierce and could not adjust pressure. Had a coffee at the bar. Waited ages for it and was not hot. When asking for another one was told should be okay because my partner's was, rather than just apologising and replacing it without question. On checkout when issues raised, management didn't sound convincing with regard to room concerns in the future.
Fantastis hotel seaview. Fantastic staff. Excellent breafast.
Very expensive drinks.
From check in to check out the whole stay was excellent. Nothing to fault it. Staff friendly and nothing too much trouble. Room excellent. The pillows gave such a great night's sleep I've ordered some for home!! Breakfast was efficient service and tasted great!
The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. The parking was very helpful (extra cost) but good value for Brighton
