Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location near the train station and the unique, artistic atmosphere of the property. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, old linens, and poor maintenance. Service is also a common concern, with several guests reporting unhelpful or slow staff and issues during check-in. While the hotel's quirky style and views are appreciated by some, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
