Craig, May 2026
Access to hotel and room by email was confusing and did not work until another guest (who also had difficulties helped us). 3 floors, no lift. Air conditioning did not work. Windows opened on to busy, noisy street so room was always excessively hot resulting in 3 very poor night's sleep.
