The breakfast was pretty average. The breads were stale and the muffins and fruits were not refilled

Pros (+) We had a room with a Jacuzzi and it was phenomenal! The tub is why we specifically chose the monte carlo because we know how great it is!
Cons (-) Ive stayed in better and worse places. The Monte Carlo is consistently clean, quiet, and relaxing with convenient locations.
Pros (+) Breakfast was amazing.
Cons (-) The receptionist refused to give me back Security amount CAD 200/- with out any reason.
Pros (+) Everything was so nice &clean staff was good too
Pros (+) The location of this hotel was ideal as it fitted in perfectly with my various appointments and schedules during my visit to Brampton.
Cons (-) The house keeping was not efficient as I had to call to request towels and wash cloth etc. Secondly the continental breakfast was horrible. It seems that this hotel has gotten rid of the hot breakfast. There had been an ‘overall decline of every category’ as I stayed at this location in the past. Sad! Had there been a change in management?
Pros (+) This was just a get away for my girlfriend and I. Nice location close to many amenities.
Cons (-) We forgot a ring in the room. We called and the individual we spoke with said the housekeeper had found it and that it would be at the front desk. When we returned a few hours later to retrieve the ring. The lady at the front counter was not aware of it. More could she find it. She also answered the phone and dealt with other patrons while searching for the ring. Finally she called house keeping a...

In the cabinet above the microwave there was a cup of dry soup mix along with crumbs from some other food around it, lso another bag with personal items left from another guest. It didn't give us an indication that the ...
