Pros (+) I loved the location. Central to everything. Food was okay, but could be better.
Cons (-) There's really something wrong about the way the staff handled people generally. I could easily compare with other Boracay hotels I have tried. THEY NEED A REVAMP of their staff, and a serious re-training. It was more like dealing with a government office than a hotel. Pros (+) Room was very clean (room 331). No ants, spiders, or other bugs mentioned in some of the other reviews. Beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure, AC worked well. Easy to obtain extra bottles of water (free of charge) for the mini fridge in the room. The pool was a great place to read and relax while having a snack and drink from the bar. Cons (-) The food we ordered at Mesa was not very good - may have just been what we ordered. The jacuzzi at the spa was too hot to enjoy, but the Kai Spa at the hotel was otherwise very lovely.
