Bonito hotels near Public Square

Pros: Not much

Cons: Nothing works Poor customer service Very poorly maintained After switching rooms twice (one room w/o hot water, another one with broken a/c, another with noisy a/c and flooding bathroom) I decided to check out early and went somewhere else. Still trying to get my money back...

Pros: Everything was great, Staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. Very clean Pool is very nice Food is good Safe parking to park our 2 motorbikes the whole time we were there Not expensive for what you get.

Pros: Staff were amazing! Incredible English and really helpful. Shout out to Sidney :) he was a total dream: kind, patient and helpful. The pool was great. The guest laundry was brilliant. Very honest and open advice regarding tours. Very comfy room. Hammocks was great. On site restaurant was useful, and good portions for hungry backpacker. The plants were very pretty, and added a real sense of magic to this special hostel :)

Cons: 20/25 minutes walk to town and restaurants. breakfast was okay.

Cons: How the rooms didn’t have any fridge, towels,tv

Pros: It vas very clean and super convenient to all the places I had to do tours.

Cons: During the process of checking in they couldn't find my reservation. I'm not sure if it was booking.com fault or theirs.

Pros: Great hostel. Good price with extremely clean rooms. Special thanks to Tainara for the best caipirinhas of our trip and Diogo at the reception that was always helpful and gentle. All the guys at the reception were great. Thank you.

Cons: WiFi was not working very well

Pros: Breakfast was great, the facilities are also top notch esp ed finally for a hostel (swimming pool, PC room, lounge etc.). Room was big and quite clean. Great value for money. The travel agent outside the hotel (Viva Bonito) was SUPER helpful and friendly.

Cons: 10 minute walk from town square (felt safe but it is a main road up hill).

Pros: Honestly it was perfect. We chose this accommodation at the last minute after another one cancelled on us. We honestly couldn't have been happier. Hotel Caranda Eco Ville was amazing value for money and was lovely. Every thing about it is highly recommended.

Pros: Observing the monkeys while having breakfast. The lovely colours of the hotel.

Pros: The air conditioner worked well, and the room had a refrigerator. The breakfast was pretty good, with fruit options, fresh juice, and many cakes and breads.

Cons: The staff was not very friendly and didn't give good, accurate information about the excursions. They were a bit difficult to contact and urged me to book everything months ahead of time but wouldn't respond or confirm anything with me when I tried to book things through them, from airport transportation to daily excursions. I finally had to have a friend call to speak with them in portuguese because the contact they said spoke English and would arrange things for me was completely unresponsive, both via email and his whatsapp number. Hopefully the construction is done by the time you stay here, because that was pretty disruptive. The room service also didn't replace the toilet paper when it was almost out in the bathroom, or leave extra rolls.

Pros: Great air conditioning, good WiFi.

Cons: Dirty sheets and towels, terrible bed, dirty bathroom and room, extremely noisy because of complete absence of noise insulation.

Pros: The room was cosy and nice. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and rich - first time I have eaten eggs in Brazil after a month stay

Cons: The reception was supposed to be open until 10 PM. At 9:45 we found it empty with a note with phone number and a number of a room on it. We tried knocking on the door and writing a message but no-one answered, even though we informed them during the check in, that we will have to check out in the evening.

Pros: The staff was friendly but didnt speak a word english. But with Google Translate we could communicate well enough. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were spacious.

Cons: Bad internet connection and its a bit far away from center.

Pros: This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! It's the best value for money we stayed in! The room is quite big, there is AC, private bathroom and the breakfast is amazing: cake, breads, eggs, fruits, rice... The staff is super nice and attentive although it's not always easy to understand each other because of the language!

Pros: The room is big for 2 or 3 people. It's generally clean. It has plenty of free parking. It offers refrigerator and air conditioner, as well as very good breakfast. The staff is friendly. Most importantly, it's the cheapest in town!

Cons: The staff doesn't speak English. The location is not good if you don't have a car. The bathroom is a little bit dirty.
