Pros (+) I like that the room was big and spacious and had really nice bed and pillows
Cons (-) OUR TOILET WOULDNT FLUSH AND WE HAD NO HOT WATER AT THE SINK OR TUB I IMMEDIATELY CALLED 15 MINUTES AFTER CHECKING IN TO NOTIFY THEM OF THIS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SWITCH ME OUT IN THE MORNING? DIDN'T REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT AT ALL, CALLED AT 6:30 IN THE MORNING AND WAS TOLD THE ROOMS WE'RE NOT READY YET AND THEY COULDN'T SWITCH ME CALL BACK LATER, I CALLED BACK AT NOON AND WAS FINALLY SWITCHED TO...

Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and willing to assist us in any way possible. When the hair dryer in our room didn't work they found an empty room I could go into so I could dry my hair
Cons (-) Gym was closed for repairs along with washing machine and dryer on our floor, hair dryer in our room, juice machine for breakfast wasn't working, roof outside our window needed fixing, TV in room was at least 25 yrs old with a terrible picture. When I asked about the disarray of the hotel the staff said the hotel was in the process of being sold and Shilo wasn't putting any more money into it.

Pros (+) It was pretty cheap
Cons (-) Almost couldn't believe how terrible the staff was. Dirty, dirty hotel. Stains on the carpets, bed & walls. Don't take your shoes off. Bring your own bedding. Couldn't pay me to sleep here again.

Pros (+) Desk clerk when we checked in was amazing under pressure. Jr suite is nice. Very comfortable bed!
Cons (-) No vending machine in the open area. It was locked by the pool and the front desk clerk got off the couch to tell me i had to walk to the gas station in my pjs. (maybe unlock the door and let me use it??)
