This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The place is an absolute dump. We would have left after we were shown a second room but it was too late. We accepted the 3rd room. The hallways were unvacuumed and "repaired" with rolls of duct tape. The first room had no TV and the water was black. The second room had no thermostat and the water was black. It was a good location, but I thought a Red Lion Inn would have been better kept up. It seemed very run down. The carpet in the hallways were grimey and was not vacuumed. The room floor , bed and sheets were clean though. The bathroom was updated nicely. The water came out of the tap and toilet rusty orange. Not a good look :( Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to stay there again.

Hotel is in need of serious repairs. Carpets duct taped down in the hallways, stains on walls and ceilings, ricketly elevators. There was a persistant musky smell throughout. The room next to mine was having some kind of all night techno party. Tried called the front desk to complain, but the phones wouldn't go through. Moved rooms the second night; at least it was quiet. Classic Red Lion. Ignored. Outdated. OLD. The staff is uninterested in the customer and poorly trained. My room had 5 burnt out light bulbs and moldy bathroom grout. I do not recommend it.

Cons (-) They need to be very clear about their prices with KAYAK they charge me an extra $80 I wasn’t going to argue as it was 8 o’clock at night. The ice machine out by the pool didn’t work. Our TV was messing up.
