Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and, in several cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the receptionists and cleaning team. However, many reviews reported negative experiences with service, citing rude or unhelpful staff, unexpected extra charges, and issues with amenities like parking. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with complaints about odors, water leaks, and general room maintenance. Noise was a recurring issue, with several guests disturbed by construction, thin walls, or loud guests, impacting their ability to rest. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were highlighted positively, there were notable concerns about service consistency, cleanliness, and noise.
