Pros (+) The location and facilities were good. There were a handful of genuine employees in the dining areas.
Cons (-) The majority of the staff have no concern for the clients comfort. Complaints are made and nothing improves. Cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings yelling through the halls but barely came to clean my room.

Pros (+) Location on the beach and close to STI airport, $10 prepaid through Dominican Quest to get to resort. Very clean, great room with beach view, great food and incredibly nice, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons (-) Liked everything.
