Rooms filthy , stagnate water, “privatebeach” over crowded, music blaring, food horrible , service even worse , no towels for pools, dirty grey pool water, no lounge chairs anywhere , time share sakes people super pushy and annoying. Front desk rude, drinks sickening. Bugs everywhere. Stay away

Pros:Overall bad experience. We were 3 and they gave us a room with king bed. Reception would not help. Had to get manager involved after an hour got another room paid for pool view finally ended with a garden view. Mattress was terrible. Rooms outdated. Menu limited will not go back
Cons:People at reception. If u see me with 3 people why give me a room with a king bed. Lack of courtesy beds need to be replaced. Sleeping on floor would of been better went to beach and was told I needed to leave a 20 dollar deposit for beach towels. This was never told to me by reception. Terrible experience there. Food was very limited in both variety and quantity. Many items once it was gone would not be replaced

Cons:everything, the rooms are a shamble, nothing coppered to the picture they use to lure you in. The service is slow. The rooms are like a cheep short stay room. I would not even sit in the bed or shower in this discusting room. I refused to stay there and left.

Pros:The beach was nice.
Cons:I don't know where to begin. I paid extra for a balcony room and didn't get one. My room was run down and gross. A window was broken, so it wouldn't close. The furniture was dirty, the phone didn't work and the bathroom had rust stains in the tub. I came with a friend who booked her room at the same time as I and got a much nicer room with a balcony. When I complained they insisted there were no other rooms available for me and didn't offer to compensate me in any way. All the restaurants except the buffet require you to make reservations which they only take between 7am-2pm. So since we arrived at 3 we couldn't eat at one of the restaurants and then when we did try to make one the next day they said they were all full. We only stayed for one night and I'm glad, there is no way I would want to spend my money on a week vacation here. Some staff members were very friendly, others didn't seem to want to be bothered. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This place is in need of major updating.

Cons:I upgrade my room to have beach view, phone and fridge did not work at all, i went to reception they told me , maintenance people work only in the mornings, they never fixed, i left the second day, service is poor, infrastructure is poor, the pool had holes at the bottom

Pros:I don't have many complaints about the stay. Many people complained about the bathrooms, mine was clean although it was old and the water pressure from the shower head was poor and needed to be replaced The rest of the room was clean the bed was tidy. The food was okay. I ate mostly at the buffet and the food in the trays was cold. The food in the snack bar was horrible. They serve burgers and hotdogs and i am not sure where do they get them from but they are disgusting. The liquor they serve you is some cheap liquor i have never heard before but the beer is Presidente and is tap. I drank the beer mostly. There is a lot of security which made me feel safe. I was not able to bring guest in. The hotel has a very strict policy on who can come in and that i was not too crazy about. I stayed there from the 16h to the 19th of October I liked it i would go back again. I was there for the beach and relax and i got it the only thing that i wish they could improve is the food in the buffet.
