Very clean hotel nice bar area excellant breakfast well organized staff.
The breakfast provided a good selection and was lovely, staff and other guests were very freindly with a good 'family' atmosphere and the hotel was positioned nicely on the promenade but away from the noisy north beach.
Rooms and hotel extremely dated. On entering the room it was cold (heating didnt appear to turn on till after 7pm) Mould on the walls of bathroom, (no bath). Light in bathroom (with extractor) was extremely noisy. Wallpaper was stripping from walls, bed was hard and plastic. Generally the hotel needed updating. No information pack in room.
Good quiet location away from the main buzz. Good service and made welcome.
One of the reasons we booked the hotel was it stated on booking.com that entertainment was on nightly. On arrival on the sunday was told that entertainment was only on fri/sats. No big deal but if it doesn't have it they shouldn't advertise that they have.
Decent size rooms. Good breakfast choice. Parking.
Can't complain about hotel directly but is sited next to derelict building which is an eyesore
Said there were sea view but had room at back of hotel over looking a roof.
Staff were very friendly and chatty, the hotel was in a quiet location out of the busy town centre. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Our room looked out onto a courtyard, pigeons were in the courtyard and woke us up in the morning cooing! As it was warm we had the windows open. If windows were closed this would not be a problem.
We liked everything about our accommodation, the bedrooms, the service and the friendly staff
Nothing at all
Staff are very friendly, breakfast was excellent all in all this was a clean and friendly hotel
This hotel was close to the pleasure beach but a 2 mile walk to the centre of blackpool and the bars.
comfort and friendleness
The staff were very freindly and always polite and willing to help if needed.
The bathroom wasnt very nice and it was very dated
