Leaving to go home
The room 103 was very small I think it should have been a single not a middle priced double room. Wash basins in the room went out 20 years ago en-suite was so small a larger person would have had to leave door open to use toilet.Have had better rooms in travel lodge and third world countries. First and last time we will be staying at Hacketts.
Sea view and location. About a mile walk to North Pier so fairly quiet. Lovely breakfast. Room was clean.
Room tiny. Bathroom just a little bigger than a postage stamp! Don't use the lift if you are claustrophobic. Decor very old-fashioned.
en suites too small in room
It was nice and friendly, and warm, food good.
Service was a bit slow in the morning due to poor staffing levels
Policies vary by room type and provider.
