Very central Friendly staff Comfy bed
Bathroom felt sparce and ... no hooks for towels and there wasnt a side table on both sides of the bed.
The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sam and the young lady on duty on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Ask for a room on a higher floor of you are visiting during a weekend since main roads are very noisy until late. Had difficulty with WiFi but again, the staff were extremely helpful.

it was the best loved it
Good location for a night in Birmingham, hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
I have stayed in quite a few premier inn’s and this one is a little dated and could do with some TLC. It was comfortable and pleasant but I have stayed in nicer ones. There were also cobwebs above the bed and some marks in the bathroom so I’m not 100% on the cleaning standard unfortunately.
Very pleasant staff and was an ideal location for our stay. Room was even ready Monday morning so could check in instead of just leaving our bags till later on.
Put yourself at the centre of everything here at Premier Inn Birmingham Waterloo Street. Looking out across St Philips Square and the Cathedral, the major attractions and major businesses are just a hop, skip and jump away. You can browse the big brands and designer names of the Bull Ring, catch the must-see events at the Hippodrome Theatre, Symphony Hall, NIA or ICC, or find chocoholic's heaven at Cadbury World. After a day's business or indulgence, return and savour the food (and views) at our bar and grill before relaxing in our spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds.
