I loved aroma when you first walk in, squeaky clean and service with a smile. Bit confused when a mobile number text me to ask if everything was okay and when I replied, they then text back twice. I suppose it was just friendliness but I’m not used to hotels texting me I guess. But over all amazing I loved the Hilton, right next to the places I needed to go! Great location and great food.
The hotel was very pleasant and in a wonderful location. Short walk to the canal area & Broad Street, so lots of bars & restaurants to enjoy. Recommend booking the underground car parking space , safe & secure. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Not good. Didn’t even have our check in details very stressful.
Breakfast was appalling nothing left - no bacon no sausages no eggs rubbish!
I really liked the location, it was handy as we were visiting the arena for a show and it only took us 5 mins to get to.
The only point I didn’t like was the mattress. The one we had was rock hard, but the rest of the room and facilities were great!
Pillows uncomfortable, small room, and room was either too hot or too cold
